Agreement

By using bliq.in, app.bliq.in or the Bliq apps, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be 18 or older and allowed to run the business you add.

Your account

• You log in with an OTP sent to your mobile number. Keep your phone safe.
• You are responsible for what happens in your shop’s account, including what your staff do.
• Remove staff who leave, so they cannot log in again.

Pilot and plans

Bliq Billing is free during the pilot. After it, the yearly plans shown on bliq.in apply (taxes as applicable). We will tell you before the pilot ends, and you choose whether to pay. Payments and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation policy.

Your data

Your shop records belong to you. You allow us to store and process them only to run Bliq for you. You can download them at any time.

Your responsibilities

• Bliq is a tool. The GST rates, HSN codes, bills and returns you make are your responsibility — check with your CA when unsure.
• Use Bliq only for lawful business.
• Do not try to break, overload, copy or reverse-engineer Bliq, or get into another shop’s data.

The service

We work to keep Bliq running all the time, but it can sometimes be down for maintenance or problems outside our control; billing on the computer and the Android app keeps working offline. We may improve or change features; for a big change, we tell you first.

Liability

Bliq is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or business, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using Bliq at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or is not paid for, after telling you, except in urgent cases of misuse. Download your data before you leave.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India decide any dispute.
